What Roundz is
Roundz arranges door-to-door leaflet distribution in Edinburgh. You join a walking route that Roundz has opened, deliver your boxed leaflets to our depot, and a distributor walks the round. GPS and other verification signals produce a per-address coverage report, and the distributor is only paid once that verification has been reviewed.
Shared rounds
Exactly three businesses share one round. Joining does not charge you immediately: your share becomes payable when the third business joins and the round locks. A round with fewer than three businesses does not publish. You can withdraw at no cost any time before the round locks. Once it locks, every business pays its share, and the round only becomes available for a distributor to walk when all shares are paid.
Payment
Prices are shown before you commit and are frozen when a round opens — a later price change never moves what you owe. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our systems, and your receipt comes from Stripe. Each business pays the flat share shown for every round it joins.
Refunds and cancellations
If a round is cancelled before it is walked — by the business that opened it, or automatically because not every share was paid within the payment window — every payment already made is refunded in full to the card it was paid with. Withdrawal from a shared round before it locks is free and nothing is charged. Once a distributor has claimed the round, cancellation is no longer self-serve — contact us at hello@roundz.co.uk and we'll help.
Coverage reports
Coverage reports state a confidence, not a certainty. Verification combines GPS traces and other signals into a per-address confidence figure — presented as, for example, “97.9% coverage confidence”, never as absolute proof that any single letterbox received a leaflet. Payment to the distributor is gated on this verification plus human review.
Your leaflets
You are responsible for the content of your leaflets and for delivering the boxed quantity to the depot before your round’s window starts. If your boxes don’t arrive, the walk goes ahead for the businesses whose boxes did; shares are unchanged.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
